Kyle's Sixth Birthday

Yesterday, 20 January 2009, Kyle turned six.

And, as you would expect, he got more Lego's Star Wars stuff: a Droid Walker and a Repubic Attach Shuttle.

Both of them are/were huge hits.

I saw my surgeon, Dr. M, yesterday (7 January 2009). I'm scheduled to have my ileostomy reversed on 19 February 2009. He said the surgery won't be nearly as invasive as the last time and that my stay in the hospital could be as short a one day or as long as two weeks. (They won't discharge me until my bowels become "active" again.)

Hopefully my GI tract will cooperate and won't have to endure too much fun at the hospital.

Lego's Star Wars - Transformed

So the Lego's Star Wars kits that Kyle received for Christmas have, for the most part, been disassembled and remade into Kyle's vision of cool new things:

The only major exception is the Walker, which picked-up a couple of engines from the X-wing fighter.
